Report: SJ among worst-run cities in U.S.

It's small consolation, but WalletHub ranks Oakland and SF even worse than the purported Capital of Silicon Valley. SF came in last, and all Bay Area cities are in the bottom fifth. The ranking is based on comparing the quality of the services residents receive against the city’s total budget.
